Parents: HNW, Divorced – Adult Child visits his mother every other weekend if the Client is not traveling with the son. Very amicable situation with all parties involved.

Overview: We are seeking an outstanding professional Caregiver to assist and act as a partner to nurture our Client’s 30 -year -old adult - sweet, loving, exceptionally inquisitive physically challenged son. Son is also autistic and has no utility in one arm and one leg and who interacts with just a couple of words/phrases. <\/span>No lifting is involved.<\/b>

Care giving Duties: Most of the duties are around the care and companionship for the Client's son. The client’s son needs assistance with tasks, reminders, and providing safety. Note there are other Caregivers when this particular Caregiver is not working, or the Son is in “Fun School” three times a week. Assistance with driving to activities, activities with the Client’s son, and bedtime routine. Caregiver must be able to do healthy meal planning, prep, cooking, and clean -up for the son. Among all the usual Caregiver duties, other duties would include bathing and assisting with the bathroom, etc.

Household Management Duties: The light cleaning, pick -up, tidying and organizing in the home. Errands, etc. The family has a housekeeper for heavy cleaning.
<\/p>
Type of Home Environment: This is a fully staffed home full of team players. This role would report to both the Client/Father of the Son and the Family’s Estate Manager, who are both lovely. There are 2 additional Caregivers, a Personal Assistant, Interior Designer, Housekeeper, etc.
<\/p>
Hours: The Employer guarantees at least 40 -hours per workweek
<\/p>
On -call Overnights: Some flexibility may be required; however, extra time will be compensated.
<\/p>
Travel: No travel

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of professional Caregiver experience in private homes;
<\/p>
Must be eligible to work in the US.
<\/p>
Candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three -character references, and a clear background/driving record.
<\/p>
Candidate must provide flexibility in scheduling and availability.
<\/p>
