Job Overview:
Pay Range: $37.21hr - $42.21hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience executing operational steps on Advantest M67xxAD automated Handler and Advantest Tester systems.
- Experience executing operational steps on Teradyne Nextest Magnum Tester systems in a Windows and User Interface environment.
- Ability to translate Tester & Advantest Handler Test module Interface Hardware requirements and set up automated processing at required temperature.
- Working knowledge in the application of Change Kits and Device Specific Adapters (DSA).
- Experience with generating technical documentation such as response flow charts or procedural step-by-step technical documentation.
- Understanding of Semiconductor Memory Tester Architecture and translation to Tester Hardware configuration types.
- Experience with Tester Chiller systems including internal distribution and facility process chilled water systems.
- Experience with Advantest Test Equipment, Teradyne Magnum Testers, and Advantest Testers including B6700, V93K, T5835, and legacy handlers M67xx series.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day NAND Lab support across all assigned tool sets.
- Adheres to and applies safety procedures within the Lab environment.
- Performs and supports safety audits routinely and manages hazardous/chemical supplies according to site safety and local requirements.
- Installs Change Kits and Device Specific Adapters (DSA) for automated processing.
- Debugs Advantest Handler pick and place errors to enable seamless material process flow.
- Completes scheduled preventative maintenance and thermal calibration requirements on Advantest Handlers.
- Executes tester diagnostics within Teradyne Nextest or Advantest tester environments and interprets results to board level.
- Executes tester calibration routines for voltage and timing calibration to meet original equipment manufacturer specifications.
- Applies Semiconductor Reliability, Availability & Maintainability metrics within an operational environment to report equipment performance.
- Takes initiative for continuous improvement initiatives and decision-making.
- Ensures timely material processing and data collection to meet product development schedule requirements.
- Assumes ownership over Test Equipment and measurement tooling against Preventative Maintenance and Calibration schedules.
- Uses Lab workflow tools to support the movement of material from incoming to outgoing.
- Tracks Interface hardware within an inventory management system.
- Troubleshoots and resolves standard and non-standard hardware and software problems.
- Provides training on test equipment and tooling for test development users as needed.
- Participates with Management and Finance to support Lab material forecasting with a focus on cost reduction.
