ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Nevada Nail Technician License required.
- Minimum two years of experience in a high-end, luxury, or resort-style salon or spa.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service while maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful attitude with guests and team members.
- Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, express services, French tips, gel polish applications, and acrylic/gel nail enhancements.
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational workshops to support skill development and service excellence.
- Maintain knowledge of all Salon & Spa services and clearly explain treatments, benefits, and recommendations to guests.
- Recommend customized nail services and promote additional treatments when appropriate.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of guests and team members.
- Efficiently perform express manicure and pedicure services within established service standards.
- Provide accurate information regarding salon services, treatments, concepts, and pricing.
