The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

The North American Controllership (NAC) team ensures a robust control environment, delivers accurate and timely financial results, and lead the implementation of global accounting standardization strategies. These efforts are designed to streamline accounting processes and maintain strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and Eaton's financial policies. As part of Eaton's Global Finance organization, we are committed to becoming a best-in-class finance function. Continuous Improvement (CI) is a critical pillar of this strategy and a key driver of success.
The NAC Operational Excellence Lead Analyst is responsible for the hands‑on execution of continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering assigned CI projects, supporting process standardization, and enabling efficiency improvements across the organization. In addition, this position will champion education on the benefits of CI across controllership.
