Location: Parsippany, NJ / Hybrid
Long Term Contract
10–15 years of experience in IT program/project and delivery management, with direct experience in infrastructure separations, carve-outs, or divestitures.
Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure TSA exits.
Experience managing large systems integrators and multiple third-party vendors in a delivery capacity.
Strong governance discipline: RAID management, steering committee reporting, risk escalation.
PMP certification preferred.
PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
IT infrastructure Transition Services Agreement (TSA)
Network Access Control (NAC)
