Experience with Capital Markets MUST.
- Minimum of 8 years development and experience in MySQL or Oracle comprehending the existing SQL queries and writing medium to complex SQL queries.
- Minimum of 2 years development and experience in AWS S3 and Athena
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Unix and shell scripting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in investment banking or the financial sector.
- Performance Tuning of Oracle or MySQL or Hive SQL Queries or Spark SQL Statements.
- Experience in working with large databases - multi terabytes (3 plus Terabytes).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Big Data Space (Hive, Impala, Spark Sql, HDFS etc).
- Any cloud experience (AWS or Azure or Google or Oracle).
- Solid experience with Oracle objects(Packages,Procedure,functions)
- Very clear concepts on Oracle architecture.
- Very strong debugging skills.
- Proficient in query tuning. o Detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual team, across boundaries o Ability to multi-task or self-sufficient.
