Mutuel Clerk Supervisor

Clerks must be able to make quick manual calculations in a very fast-paced environment and provide a high level of customer service to guests placing bets at the windows. Betting/Mutuel Clerks will sell, check and cash mutual tickets at a ticket window.

We are looking for Mutuel Clerk Supervisors to work the 2026 Summer Racing Season! Betting/Mutuel Clerk Supervisors will be paid $21.27/hr. The position is seasonal and is from June- September. 

Mutuel/Betting Clerk Supervisor Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Supervise current mutuel clerks
• Report issues to management
• Betting/Mutuel Clerks will sell, check and cash mutual tickets at a ticket window. Clerks must be able to make quick manual calculations in a very fast-paced environment and provide a high level of customer service to guests placing bets at the windows.
• Qualified candidates will be professional and personable. Experience as a cashier or bank teller is helpful. OTB experience is a plus. Clerks must be 18 years of age. They also must have 3 years of significant cash handling experience.
• All Betting Clerks are required to be licensed by NYS Racing and Wagering Board, which must be completed prior to training.
