Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with local families and business owners to assess their unique protection needs.

Educate clients on the nuances of different coverage options so they can make informed choices.

Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure their current policies still align with their life goals.

Build a local network within Woodbridge and the surrounding community to foster long-term partnerships.

Manage your daily schedule to balance lead follow-up, client meetings, and administrative policy updates.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy application is handled accurately and on time.

Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Valid Virginia Life and Health insurance license.

At least two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in clear, everyday language.

Comfort working in an office environment based in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Strong organizational habits and experience managing a book of business.
