About the Role:MUSIC GURU is looking for a passionate and driven Music School Director to lead our growing music education program in Georgetown, TX. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the music school, ensuring a high-quality learning environment
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of skilled music instructors across various disciplines
- Develop and implement music curriculum, lesson programs, and student progress tracking systems
- Drive student enrollment through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and local partnerships
- Manage school budget, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate recitals, performances, and special events for students and families
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging culture for students, staff, and parents
Requirements:- Previous experience in music education, school administration, or a related leadership role
- Strong musical background with knowledge of multiple instruments or music theory preferred
- Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and faculty
- Experience with student enrollment, scheduling software, and basic business operations
- Passion for music education and a commitment to student growth and success
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, Business, or a related field preferred
