What you''ll do:

• Lead engaging guided tours for various visitor groups, providing explanations of exhibits
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and offering assistance throughout their museum experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of exhibits and museum content through continuous training and professional development.
• Ensure visitor safety by following established protocols and implementing emergency procedures when necessary.
• Operate cash register
• Knowledge of products sold
• Answers phone practicing proper phone etiquette
• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with duty lists and standards

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
