On-Call: Rotating coverage approximately every 47 weeks

Join an established healthcare team providing remote patient support and respiratory equipment guidance. This hybrid, office-based position focuses on patient outreach, CPAP/BiPAP compliance, equipment coordination, and clinical support.
Contact patients regarding CPAP/BiPAP use, non-invasive ventilation, and therapy compliance.
Follow up with non-compliant patients at 10, 30, and 60 days to encourage adherence to prescribed treatment.
Coordinate PAP pressure changes and arrange equipment drop shipments based on prescriptions.
Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, maintenance, safety, and therapy compliance.
Troubleshoot respiratory equipment issues and provide clinical guidance to patients and field staff.
Monitor patient progress, document compliance, and follow applicable insurance guidelines.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours needs.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; compact-state licensure preferred. Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) may also be considered.
Strong patient communication, organization, multitasking, and basic computer skills.
Experience in respiratory care, home medical equipment, or CPAP/BiPAP therapy preferred.
Ability to maintain confidential patient records and provide clear clinical guidance.

Eligible external hires can receive a $2,000 gross sign-on bonus after 60 days and an additional $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment.
