In this role, you will partner with municipalities on a variety of assignments, including subdivision and land development reviews, roadway and stormwater improvements, sanitary sewer projects, public facilities, grant-funded initiatives, and long-range capital planning. What You BringWe are looking for someone who combines municipal engineering experience with sound judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.Five or more years of relevant civil engineering or site design experience, including at least three years in municipal engineering.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Strong working knowledge of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Pennsylvania DEP regulations, and other applicable state and federal requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project documentation.Strong written, verbal, and public presentation skills.Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for project and municipal meetings.
