    Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

    Location: New York, NY — This is a fully on-site opportunity, Monday through Friday, designed for attorneys who enjoy collaborating with their team in the office.

    Note: Active admission to practice law in New York and 4+ years of directly relevant litigation experience are must-have qualifications. Experience handling New York municipal claims and personal injury matters is strongly preferred.

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage a caseload of complex New York personal injury and municipal claim matters from inception through resolution or verdict.
    • Develop case strategies designed to maximize outcomes for clients.
    • Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
    • Analyze claims, evidence, liability, damages, and litigation strategy throughout each matter.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and other case stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently and strategically.
    • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff while contributing to a high-performing litigation team.
    • Help drive departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and continued practice growth.

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school.
    • Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
    • 4+ years of litigation experience.
    • Strong knowledge of New York personal injury law and litigation procedure.
    • Experience with depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
    • Excellent written, oral advocacy, analytical, and case-management skills.
    • Ability to manage a substantial caseload and competing priorities.
    • New York municipal claims experience strongly preferred.
    • Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.
