Responsibilities:
·        Supervises staff that provides services to juvenile offenders with a history of chronic, delinquent behavior who are at high risk               
         of out- of-home placement. 
·        Services are provided within the youth’s ecology, with a primary focus on improving caregiver skills to manage youth behavior.
 ·       Creates a culture where therapists believe that families can change and improve their overall functioning.
·        Implements and monitor the team’s clinical practices, efficiencies and effectiveness via the MST CQI/A process.
·        Provides direct services, documents treatment, and provides clinical guidance as directed to clinical 
         and other staff as appropriate.
·        Works on-call on a rotational basis with the program staff.

Qualifications:
·       Master’s degree in an appropriate mental health discipline
·       Registered with the State of Michigan as a Limited or Licensed Master’s Social Worker, Limited Licensed
        Psychologist or Limited or Licensed Professional Counselor 
·       Two or more years’ experience providing mental health services to youth and families and supervisory experience 
·       MST Training and certification preferred but not required
·       Must have reliable means of transportation and maintain safe driving permit

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $76,500.00 per year
