The Labor & Employment practice group seeks an experienced counsel to join its San Francisco or Los Angeles office.Applicants should have at least eight years of employment litigation experience, including substantial work on single plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions. Candidates must be an active member of the California bar.This role is suited for a senior attorney capable of independently managing a full caseload, leading case strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers. The position offers significant client contact and the opportunity to help grow a collaborative, high‑performing practice.Responsibilities • Oversee all phases of litigation;• Serve as lead or day‑to‑day case manager;• Supervise associates and staff;• Act as a primary client contact.Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. Significant deposition and courtroom experience is required, including arguing motions and handling hearings.
