    Multimedia Technical Support Specialist
     
    Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
     Employment Type: Full-Time
    A professional services firm in Miami is seeking a Multimedia Technical Support Specialist to support internal teams with graphic design, audio/visual setup, and trial presentation needs. This role plays a key part in supporting litigation teams and firm-wide presentations through technical execution and multimedia production.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide in-courtroom / “hot seat” support during trials, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
    • Design and develop graphics and presentations, including charts, floor plans, and site visuals using tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
    • Set up, test, and troubleshoot computer systems, AV equipment, and presentation software in conference rooms, courtrooms, off-site locations, and virtual environments
    • Configure, maintain, and support video conferencing platforms and audiovisual systems
    • Record, edit, and convert video and audio files; create clips, formatted presentations, and DVD/video deliverables with custom labeling
    • Convert images and documents into required formats for presentations and case use
    • Develop interactive multimedia training materials and user-friendly content
    • Evaluate and recommend trial presentation software, AV tools, and graphic solutions for firm initiatives
    • Stay up to date on developments in litigation technology and AV systems
    • Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot issues and share technical knowledge
    • Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed
    Requirements
    • Associate’s or technical degree in computer science, audiovisual technology, or a related field preferred
    • 3–4 years of experience in multimedia support; legal or professional services environment preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with trial presentation tools such as TrialDirector or OnCue
    • Familiarity with multimedia formats and audio/video editing tools
    • Experience with document management systems (i.e., iManage/FileSite) is a plus
    • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
    • Strong background in multimedia design (digital, print, and video)
    • Ability to lift equipment (up to 65 lbs) as needed
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
    • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends or evenings, based on workload demands
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
