The position is intended to help maintain current training and onboarding commitments while supporting faster Amplifire adoption and the broader goal of reducing EHR onboarding learning time. This role will provide guidance on role and course conversions while serving as a primary resource for Amplifire content creation and development.

SUMMARY / DUTIES:

• The Multimedia Specialist is a full-time, temporary contractor supporting Digital Services learning and training team.
• The primary focus is accelerating the conversion of Epic EHR onboarding courses from instructor-led training into Amplifire adaptive learning modules.
• This role will provide guidance on role and course conversions while serving as a primary resource for Amplifire content creation and development.
• The contractor will work with training leads and subject matter experts to expand development capacity, advance the organization’s adaptive learning initiative, and reduce reliance on classroom-based training.
• The position is intended to help maintain current training and onboarding commitments while supporting faster Amplifire adoption and the broader goal of reducing EHR onboarding learning time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Epic EHR training, onboarding, or related workflow content.
• Experience with the Amplifire adaptive learning platform.
• Experience converting instructor-led training into digital or adaptive learning modules.
• Ability to advise on Epic role and course conversions for digital learning.
• Ability to create, revise, and support Amplifire learning content.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience supporting EHR onboarding or healthcare education programs.
• Experience developing scalable digital learning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with training delivery teams and subject matter experts.
• Experience supporting strategic learning transformation or large-scale education initiatives.
