Power Your Future with Qualus as our Multimedia Communications Specialist in our Marketing department! We are looking for a digital-first storyteller with a strong grasp of social media and multimedia communications to help shape how Qualus shows up, internally and externally. The Multimedia Communications Specialist will create engaging, platform-appropriate content that builds our corporate voice, strengthens our employer brand, and drives meaningful content across channels like LinkedIn as well as internal platforms. This role is responsible for translating complex initiatives into compelling stories, managing and optimizing content, and taking ideas from concept to execution – creating clear, consistent, timely, relevant, and engaging content. Must be comfortable pivoting from an external press release to an internal culture-building content development in the same afternoon. This role is deeply involved in how we market and communicate to and about our organization, with a chance to shape the voice of our company for internal and external audiences alike.
