You will be the Multifunctional Quality Associate Manager for the THAAD Quality team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across multiple functional areas, including Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection, and implements quality management systems to drive excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multifunctional Quality Associate Manager you will be responsible for guiding a skilled group of Quality Engineers and Inspectors, shaping processes that ensure mission‑critical products meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead recruitment, selection, training, and performance recognition for quality personnel
• Allocate resources, assign work, and maintain an effective business rhythm
• Communicate quality requirements, concerns, and expectations with internal teams and DCMA
• Drive risk and opportunity management, and oversee metrics to address adverse trends
• Ensure product acceptance, delivery, and compliance with contractual and quality requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent combined education/experience
• Formal leadership experience leading a team of direct reports
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management Systems
• Previous quality experience with product life cycles including development through sales and delivery
• Experience with external and government customers such as DCMA, Army or MDA
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Advanced understanding of Quality principles
• Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material
• Experience in solving complex problems associated with the quality of products and with regard to quality owned processes (FAI, CCB, CAB, etc.)
• Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
• Advanced experience in AS9102 and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience managing diverse teams comprised of both hourly and salaried personnel
• Strong understanding of product change schedules and effectivities
• Experience in program or functional quality management of personnel within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
