Field Operations LeadershipLead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion. Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination. Maintain project schedule and milestone deadlines. Coordinate manpower and trade sequencing.Construction ExecutionOversee extensive sitework operations. Manage slab-on-grade and podium concrete construction activities. Direct multi-story wood-frame construction. Monitor productivity and project progress. Ensure project quality meets company standards.Team ManagementSupervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents. Lead subcontractor meetings. Coordinate closely with Project Management staff. Foster accountability across all trades.Safety & Quality ControlEnforce company safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Coordinate inspections and punch-list activities. Proven experience on ground-up multifamily projects. Experience with: Wood-frame construction, Elevated podium concrete construction, Slab-on-grade foundations, Extensive site development work. Ability to lead projects independently.Preferred Experience: Apartment communities exceeding 200 units. Podium and wrap-style multifamily developments. Projects valued at $40M+.
