The North Jersey Multifamily Superintendent will oversee the field operations of ground-up multifamily construction projects from sitework through final completion. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, oversee safety and quality, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily construction projects throughout North Jersey. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and successfully lead ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish.
Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects
Manage projects from sitework and foundations through interiors and final closeout
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are met
Conduct daily site walks and monitor construction progress
Ensure all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards
Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers
Manage inspections and coordinate with local building officials
Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays
Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate upcoming project needs
Manage punch list activities and drive projects through final completion
