Multifamily Superintendent (Lead) Ground Up Podium

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or a related field preferred. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, ownership groups, and municipal inspectors to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects from site mobilization through final turnover and occupancy.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and sequencing to maintain schedule milestones and proactively address delays or field challenges.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, project specifications, building codes, and company expectations.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct inspections, manage punch list activities, and oversee unit turnover to ensure timely project completion and owner satisfaction.
