Multifamily Superintendent | High-Rise, Podium & Wood Frame

Up to $175K base + 20% annual bonusBuild large-scale multifamily communities * 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily construction.

* Lead all on-site multifamily construction activities from site start through turnover

* Manage subcontractors, safety, quality, schedules, and daily production goals

* Conduct progress meetings and coordinate with project managers, consultants, and ownership teams

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with contract documents

* Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners

Salary: $140,000-$175,000 base salary + target 20% bonus
