Lead the construction of large-scale, wood-framed multifamily communities across North Carolina and South Carolina. Description
- Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from sitework through turnover.
- Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project execution to meet schedule and budget goals.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents.
- Mentor and develop field staff on assigned projects.
- Maintain clear communication with ownership, consultants, and project teams.
- Support seamless transitions between current and upcoming projects.
- Travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as project needs require.
Profile
- Proven experience leading ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects.
- Experience on apartment communities valued between $40M and $80M.
- Ability to manage projects from early sitework through completion.
- Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years with recent employers.
- Experience delivering Class A garden-style multifamily communities.
- Background working for established multifamily general contractors or developer-builders.
