Description
The Multifamily Superintendent | Ground-Up | ESOP will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules
- Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with all company and OSHA standards
- Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and proactively address construction issues
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, ownership representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates
- Drive schedule performance and support successful project delivery within budget expectations
- Manage field logistics, manpower planning, and sequencing of work activities
- Foster strong relationships with trade partners and project team members
Profile
The Multifamily Superintendent | Ground-Up | ESOP will have:
- 5-10+ years of construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing multifamily, townhome, apartment, or wood-frame construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of field operations
- Knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, and project documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships with project teams, clients, and trade partners
- Stable work history with a track record of successful project execution

- Mid-Level Superintendent: $110,000 - $130,000
- Senior Superintendent: Up to $165,000
