Our client is a growing full-service general contractor with more than $100M in annual revenue and a strong reputation throughout the Southeast for delivering multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. The company has successfully completed millions of square feet of construction and is known for bringing structure, organization, and predictability to complex projects. With a growing presence in the Upstate South Carolina market, the company is actively investing in long-term regional growth and expects to establish a permanent local office in the coming years.
Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams.
