Job Description

Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and client communications. Monitor project financial performance and profitability. Support procurement and subcontractor buyout efforts. Collaborate closely with field leadership to drive project success. Mitigate risks and proactively solve project challenges. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience: Project Management experience in commercial construction. Multifamily construction experience required. Experience managing projects from start to finish. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills. Ability to lead project teams independently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience: Ground-Up Multifamily Projects. Wrap or Podium Multifamily Construction. Large Residential Communities. Wood-Frame Multifamily Projects.
