Nationwide, full-service multifamily design-build general contractor working in the Kansas City area. The position uses values of service, dedication, and hard work to consistently provide clients with the highest-quality construction solutions on schedule. Team works together in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner. Successful company with roughly $120M in annual revenue. 40% of work in the KC area and 60% of work across other states including Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks. Establishes project budgets and manages cost. Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams. Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles. Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams. Ensures all risk management controls are implemented. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

5-10+ years of Project Manager experience. 3+ years of multifamily project experience. Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
