Job Description

Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams to drive project success. Monitor project costs, change orders, risk mitigation, and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases.
