Lead A 325-Unit Ground-Up Multifamily Project

Our client is a Charlotte-based general contractor specializing primarily in multifamily construction throughout the Carolinas. Despite being a relatively newer organization, the company has established a strong pipeline of work and has positioned itself for substantial growth over the next several years.

Job Description

Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. Lead owner, architect, and project team meetings. Monitor project financial performance and profitability. Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams. Identify and mitigate project risks. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
