With a growing project pipeline and repeat clientele, they offer long-term stability and strong advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of developmentEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsAdminister owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and supplier commitmentsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirementsSupport value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunitiesReview and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoicesPrepare financial forecasts and project status reportsMonitor project performance to ensure adherence to schedule and budget objectivesPartner with field teams to resolve project challenges and maintain progressOversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programsManage project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty administrationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
