COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $120,000 - $165,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager on mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects
- Strong project management and construction controls expertise
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style multifamily projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Oversee subcontractor selection and performance management
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
- Communicate regularly with clients, ownership, and internal teams
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct site inspections and progress tracking
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
