The Role

Support apartment and multifamily communities across the Charlotte area with on-demand service. You’ll respond the same day to urgent requests, bring issues under control fast, and keep properties running smoothly.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Rapid response to on-call assignments and short-notice requests
• Independent work in the field with efficient task management
