Multifamily Construction Superintendent - Hartford

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee a ground-up multifamily project, managing all field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in multifamily construction, building from foundation through turnover while driving schedule, budget, and safety goals.

Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

Job Offer
