This is an environment where project teams are empowered to make decisions, build strong client relationships, and play a critical role in shaping communities through impactful construction projects.Responsibilities Include:Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeoutLead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reportingDrive project execution to ensure schedule milestones and budget targets are achievedOversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordinationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCollaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project deliveryMonitor project costs, forecasting, and risk management activitiesLead project meetings and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company proceduresIdentify opportunities for value engineering and process improvementDeliver successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
