• Manage multifamily construction projects through all phases of development
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Communicate regularly with ownership, field teams, and stakeholders
• Support project startup, execution, and closeout activities

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and field operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently manage project responsibilities
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
