This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team where your expertise will directly impact landmark developments while offering long-term career advancement, challenging projects, and a culture built on excellence and accountability.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates for multifamily residential projects.Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses from drawings, specifications, and project documents.Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accurate pricing and scope coverage.Develop and maintain project budgets throughout the preconstruction process.Identify value engineering opportunities and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams to evaluate design and budget impacts.Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify potential risks and cost exposures.Assist in preparing bid packages, proposals, qualifications, and scope documents.Track market pricing trends, labor rates, and material costs throughout South Florida.Support project handoff meetings and provide estimating insights to operations teams upon project award.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
