Assistant Superintendent

Support the Superintendent in overseeing on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project schedules are met. Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations. Inspect work to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards. Communicate regularly with project managers regarding progress and challenges. Maintain site documentation, including logs and reports. Assist in resolving any on-site issues that arise during construction. Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to keep projects on track.

A successful Multifamily Construction Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with on-site construction management for multifamily projects. 3-5 years of GC/CM experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and reports. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
