Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor construction schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and production standards.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership groups.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.
- Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all trades.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably within multifamily, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience supporting field operations on ground-up construction projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Self-motivated with a desire to develop into a Superintendent role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Multifamily construction experience.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- OSHA certification or a strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
