Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multifamily and hospitality construction projects.

Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multifamily and hospitality construction projects.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and reporting.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Support project closeout activities and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

1-3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
Experience working on multifamily or hospitality construction projects
Multifamily renovation or rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
Willingness to travel throughout Texas as project needs require including Houston, Central Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth, and other regional project locations
Base salary up to $90,000 (DOE)
