Description
- Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multifamily and hospitality construction projects.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and reporting.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Support project closeout activities and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Profile
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience working on multifamily or hospitality construction projects
- Multifamily renovation or rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas as project needs require including Houston, Central Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth, and other regional project locations
