Job Description
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution and administration. Support scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Participate in managing 2 ground-up multifamily developments valued at approximately $30M each. Track project progress and help ensure milestones, quality standards, and budgets are achieved. Collaborate with field and office teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related construction experience. Proven involvement in projects valued between $20M-$50M. Ground-up construction experience preferred. Familiarity with the South Florida construction market is a plus. Collaborative leadership style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
