Position Overview
The mission of the Multicultural Fellowship Program is to equip emerging leaders with the experience, knowledge, and network to create an equitable Bay Area. The People Pathway leads the Foundation’s efforts to ensure that Bay Area residents can make a good living and build long-term financial well-being for their families and communities. Remote Work Policy
This position follows a long-term hybrid work model. Dedicated to its employee health and safety, The Foundation will continue to make decisions in accordance with San Francisco County and California mandates. Employees must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area and work in the office a minimum of one day per week.
Physical Requirements
This role is primarily sedentary and performed in a hybrid or remote office environment. It requires prolonged computer use, virtual communication, and occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs.).
