Are You the Multicraft Problem‑Solver Everyone Calls First?

Imagine: a production line slows unexpectedly while a resident submits a last-minute work order and a unit needs to be move‑in ready tomorrow. You triage, prioritize, and deliver—bringing systems back online and spaces up to standard. If that challenge energizes you, this role is for you.

Multiple Openings, One Team

We’re hiring for distinct but collaborative specialties:

  • Machine / Industrial Maintenance Technicians
  • Property / Facilities Maintenance Technicians

What You’ll Do

Industrial Emphasis

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on facility and production equipment to isolate root causes.
  • Use technical drawings and manuals to dismantle, repair, calibrate, and reassemble machinery.
  • Fabricate or modify parts and complete welding tasks as required.
  • Partner with production to resolve performance issues and sustain throughput.
  • Keep workspaces organized to uphold safety and quality.

Facilities Emphasis

  • Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative care across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Execute general maintenance: painting, drywall fixes, carpentry, and fixture installations.
  • Preserve exterior and common-area appearance with daily upkeep.
  • Turn units efficiently—ensure move‑in readiness and align maintenance schedules for turnovers.
  • Inspect and maintain safety systems, including lighting, sprinklers, and fire extinguishers.
  • Address work orders quickly and professionally.

How You’ll Work

  • Document tasks in a work order system—track progress, parts used, and follow‑ups.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, residents, and production staff.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and verify workmanship.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventories.
  • Follow OSHA and site safety standards every time.
  • Champion preventative maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Contribute to additional projects and duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Background in maintenance, mechanical systems, or facilities operations (preferred).
  • Ability to diagnose and repair varied equipment and building systems.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial technologies.
  • Strong organizational habits and clear communication.
  • Self‑starter mindset with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A steadfast commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.

If you’re driven to keep operations dependable and properties in top shape, we want to hear from you.
