    What You’ll Impact

    • Execute make-ready and feed sheets on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press
    • Handle a range of materials (paper, board, foil, plastic) to exacting quality standards
    • Troubleshoot feeder challenges and assist with periodic/preventive maintenance
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area
    • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
    • Collaborate with the press operator to hit quality and productivity metrics

    Shift & Environment

    2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. You’ll work in a modern, clean facility with a supportive, team-focused culture.

    What You Bring

    • Minimum 3 years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing setting
    • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capability
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; works well independently and in teams
    • Physical capacity to lift/move up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and use a pallet jack
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in production
