Multi-Unit General Manager
Cinnabon & Auntie Anne's 5th Avenue Mall, Anchorage, AK
We re looking for a strong Multi-Unit General Manager to lead our Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon locations inside 5th Avenue Mall.
The Role
You ll oversee day-to-day operations for both brands, driving sales, guest experience, team performance, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of both locations (staffing, scheduling, inventory, food safety, cash handling, and brand standards)
- Building and developing high-performing teams across both concepts
- Delivering excellent guest experiences while meeting or exceeding sales and labor targets
- Ensuring consistent execution of brand standards for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne s
- Handling local marketing, community engagement, and mall relationship management
Who We re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Multi-unit experience is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and maintain high operational standards
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 $80,000 DOE
