We are seeking a powerhouse Multi-Unit General Manager who combines the heart of a servant leader with the drive of a high-performing retail executive. This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You will rotate among our three stores to coach our teams, enforce our proven playbook, and aggressively drive these locations to their maximum potential.

The Goal: Driving Super-Successful Stores

We are not looking for a passive supervisor or a ruthless corporate suit; we are looking for a growth catalyst who wins with people. You will be directly responsible for making these three shops the highest-performing automotive repair centers in the Tampa region by focusing on:

• Driving Top-Line Sales & Profitability: Optimize service advisor performance, maximize car count, and ensure healthy margins without ever sacrificing our core values of honesty and integrity.
• Elite Store Presentation: Maintain pristine, world-class shop environments that reflect the premium Christian Brothers brand standard across all three locations.
• Market Dominance: Implement strategic operational adjustments to capture local market share and build a massive base of fiercely loyal, repeating guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Culture, Training, & Near-Zero Turnover

• Protect the Existing Team: Invest heavily in the current staff at Brandon, Riverview, and Apollo Beach. Learn their strengths, coach their weaknesses, and help them thrive.

• Keep Morale High: Cultivate a transparent, encouraging, and respectful environment that makes our shops the absolute best place to work in the Tampa automotive industry.

• Train & Mentor: Turn mistakes into coaching moments. Continuously develop Service Advisors and Technicians, helping them hit their production targets and career milestones.

• Create Low Turnover: Build a culture where people feel deeply valued, virtually eliminating voluntary staff turnover.

• Process Discipline & Playbook Enforcement

• Enforce the CBA System: Ensure 100% strict adherence to established Christian Brothers Automotive processes, from the initial digital vehicle inspection (DVI) to the final customer handoff.

• Cross-Store Consistency: Eliminate operational variance. Ensure all three locations execute operations with the exact same elite standard of quality.

• Physical Presence: Rotate predictably among the three shops. You will work directly from the service counters and shop floors-teaching, auditing, and streamlining workflows in real time

• Faith, Family, & Community Engagement

• Build Local Partnerships: Act as our brand ambassador by building deep, meaningful relationships with local churches, ministries, and community organizations in Brandon, Riverview, and Apollo Beach.

• Drive Outreach Initiatives: Coordinate community-focused programs, such as free car care clinics for single mothers, partnerships with local non-profits, and neighborhood outreach events.

Qualifications:

• Automotive Retail Experience Required: You must have a proven, successful track record in automotive repair management or automotive retail operations.
• The Ideal Candidate: Previous management experience within a Christian Brothers Automotive location is highly preferred. If you already know the CBA playbook and want to step up into multi-unit leadership, this is your opportunity.
• Multi-Unit Capability: Experience managing multiple locations or an incredibly high-volume single location, with the organizational skills to manage the logistics of rotating between three shops.
• Servant Heart & Sharp Mind: A leader who naturally puts others first, but possesses a fierce competitive drive to hit KPIs, optimize P&Ls, and win.

Physical Requirements:

• Being on your feet for the majority of the workday (standing, walking, etc)
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members via phone and computer
