As a key player in our production line, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while working collaboratively with your teammates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and production of products according to established guidelines and specifications.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Operations you may perform
- Operate power presses or kick presses.
- Operate resistance welders or soldering stations.
- Run automated machines.
- Use lathes, CNCs, grinders, and drill presses.
- Use measuring tools and fill out paperwork to conduct quality inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
