Title: Multi-Site RN Supervisor

Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000 Per Year

Description:
• Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a leadership role to oversee clinical operations across multiple sites in Newark, NJ. 
• This full-time position involves managing vaccine programs, training clinical staff, and ensuring compliance. 
• Proficiency in electronic medical records is required.

Requirements:
• Active RN license in New Jersey
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience across multiple sites
• Experience with vaccine management and compliance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health
• 2-3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of immunization program management
• Experience in training and supervising clinical staff
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills
