Nxt Property Management is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities in the Salt Lake City area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading a team, and maintaining communities to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily maintenance operations of multiple apartment communities while leading and developing your maintenance team. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians
• Prioritize and assign daily work orders
• Perform maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready through quality unit turns
• Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to maintain curb appeal
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other building systems
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Assist neighboring communities when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily housing or a related industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with:
• • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • Appliance repair
  • Drywall and painting
  • General carpentry
  • HVAC troubleshooting
  • Grounds maintenance
• EPA and/or CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience overseeing maintenance at multiple properties is a plus
